1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Chroma Duel, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Chroma Duel is a competitive reverse-editing photo game that may include practice challenges, multiplayer matchmaking, profiles, ranked ratings, leaderboards, feedback tools and advertising-supported features.
3. Eligibility and lawful use
You may use Chroma Duel only where permitted by law and in accordance with applicable platform rules.
4. Fair play
You must not exploit bugs, manipulate scores, automate gameplay unfairly, interfere with other players, attack the service, bypass security controls, or use the game in a way that harms Chroma Duel or its users.
5. Ranked results
Scores, Elo changes, matchmaking decisions, competitive records and leaderboard positions may be corrected, reset, removed or adjusted when reasonably necessary for fairness, anti-abuse measures, testing, balancing or service integrity.
6. User identity
Some features use anonymous or pseudonymous identifiers. If you choose a display name, you are responsible for ensuring that it is lawful and appropriate. Offensive or abusive profile information may be removed.
7. Intellectual property
Chroma Duel's original software, interface, branding, graphics and game systems are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party images, libraries, services and other materials remain subject to their respective licenses and rights.
8. Third-party services and advertising
Chroma Duel may rely on third-party hosting, analytics, crash reporting, advertising or image services. Your use of those services may also be governed by their applicable terms and policies.
9. Availability and changes
Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued, and maintenance or outages may occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
10. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chroma Duel is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operators of Chroma Duel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
12. Updates to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
